What credits pay for

Credits are weighted so heavier work costs more than lighter work.

How credits refill

Monthly credits reset at the start of every billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. If you need burst capacity or want to keep spending after you’ve used your monthly allowance, buy a top-up.

Top-ups

Top-ups are one-time purchases that add credits to a separate balance. Top-up credits roll over and stay on your account until you use them.

Buy a top-up from Settings any time. Monthly credits are consumed first, then top-up credits. Top-ups persist through plan changes and cancellation.
If you find yourself buying the same top-up every month, upgrading to the next plan is usually a better deal per credit.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrading mid-cycle grants the new plan’s monthly allowance right away. Downgrading keeps your current credits until the cycle ends, then next month starts on the new plan.

Cancellation and suspension

If you cancel, your agent keeps running until the paid period ends. If payment fails or the grace period expires, Operator suspends the running container but preserves every workspace file and any unused top-up credits.
