Operator runs on a credits model. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits power everything the agent does with AI: reasoning, web research, image generation, video generation, audio generation. When you need more, buy a top-up. When you need more than one agent, talk to us about Enterprise.
Every paid plan runs a single agent on its own instance with dedicated CPU, RAM, and persistent workspace storage. Enterprise unlocks multi-agent fleets along with custom compute, custom credit volumes, SSO, and managed onboarding. Reach out to [email protected] to start that conversation.
Monthly credits reset at the start of every billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. If you need burst capacity or want to keep spending after you’ve used your monthly allowance, buy a top-up.
Upgrading mid-cycle grants the new plan’s monthly allowance right away. Downgrading keeps your current credits until the cycle ends, then next month starts on the new plan.
If you cancel, your agent keeps running until the paid period ends. If payment fails or the grace period expires, Operator suspends the running container but preserves every workspace file and any unused top-up credits.
