Billing

Operator uses Stripe for billing. You can manage your subscription from the dashboard.

Plans

All plans include access to Discord, Telegram, and Slack channels, the skills system, and the full dashboard.

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately. You’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your current plan remains active until then. If you have more active instances than the new plan allows, you’ll need to stop some before the downgrade takes effect.

Canceling

You can cancel your subscription from the billing page. Your instances remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, instances are suspended but your data is preserved for 14 days.

Usage limits

Each plan includes an AI usage quota that resets on your billing cycle. You can monitor your usage from the dashboard. If you hit your limit, instances stop responding until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
